Citrus Heights HART is a volunteer-driven, community-based organization committed to ending homelessness in Citrus Heights. We serve individuals and families facing extreme poverty, housing insecurity, and chronic instability by connecting them with essential, local resources that foster long-term stability and independence.

At the heart of our mission is the belief that support must be local and accessible to be effective. With most homeless services centralized in downtown Sacramento, many Citrus Heights residents are left without meaningful access to help. HART bridges this gap by bringing critical resources directly into our community.

Through strong partnerships with local government, schools, businesses, faith communities, and dedicated volunteers, we create collaborative solutions that lead to real, lasting change in the lives of our unhoused neighbors.
